On 19 June 2025, GamingMalta CEO Ivan Filletti joined the speaker lineup at Esports Leaders 2025, Europe’s premier gathering of decision-makers shaping the future of competitive gaming, held this year in Austin, Texas (USA).
Organised by The Esports Radar in collaboration with ESIC and BLAST, the event brought together global leaders and innovators from across the esports ecosystem for North America’s leading esports industry conference of 2025. Taking place alongside the sold-out BLAST.tv Austin Major — the largest esports tournament ever held in the U.S., the event also reflected GamingMalta’s newly announced partnership with BLAST.
Ivan took part in a fireside chat titled “Hospitality: How Hotels, Resorts & Locations Can Embrace Esports & Win”, exploring how esports is opening new opportunities for the hospitality and tourism sectors by driving engagement, expanding audience reach, and positioning destinations as entertainment hubs.
