Unity x GamingMalta Game Jam Empowers Students with Hands-On Game Development Skills

From 27th till the 29th March, Unity x GamingMalta, in collaboration with MCAST, is bringing students together for a game jam sessions built around creativity, problem-solving and fun!
The Unity Game Jam is open to students using Unity as a programming engine, and offers an exciting opportunity to learn by doing, collaborate under pressure. The end game? Turning ideas into playable experiences.
GamingMalta also supports students studying game design, game development, or programming by offering Unity courseware as well as exams. This gives students the chance to strengthen their CVs while gaining an internationally recognised certification.
With education placed at the centre of Malta Vision 2050, initiatives like this show what that direction looks like in practice and connect with the strategy’s talent pillar. Malta’s vision also places focus on expanding specialised roles across the gaming industry.
