Student Placement Programme (SPP) – Student Information
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the Student Placement Programme, students must:
1. Be 16 years of age or older.
2. Hold a qualification of at least MQF Level 4 that is relevant to the gaming industry, or be pursuing a qualification specifically related to gaming, or currently be enrolled in such a course.
3. Apply through a gaming company interested in offering a placement or directly through their educational institution. Students cannot apply on their own.

The GamingMalta Student Placement Programme presents a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in a real-world work environment within the gaming industry. This hands-on placement enables you to apply your academic knowledge to industry-related tasks, offering invaluable exposure and practical experience.

1. Application: The company offering your placement or your educational institution supervisor will request that you complete the Application Form provided below.
2. Verification: GamingMalta will review the submitted applications and liaise with the company or educational institution.
3. Exit Feedback: At the end of the placement, students are required to complete and submit a Feedback Form (Exit Interview) to GamingMalta, reflecting on their placement experience.
